In his 11-year career, Mr. Rymer has acquired 22,000+ units of multifamily properties spanning five states across the southeast United States. Before founding Cardinal Residential, Mr. Rymer was a Co-Founder and Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at LURIN.
LURIN is a fully integrated Multifamily Owner/Operator based in Dallas, TX, which has acquired over 12,000 units totaling over $1.6 billion in value to date. Mr. Rymer was instrumental in growing every business line at LURIN from two employees at inception in 2016 to 425 + at the time of his departure in September 2021. Before forming LURIN, Mr. Rymer was Head of Conventional Acquisitions for Eureka Holdings, another Dallas-based multifamily owner/operator.
During his tenure at Eureka, Mr. Rymer acquired over 10,000 units and assisted in growing the organization to more than 250 workers.
