Mr. Escobedo joined Cardinal Residential Ventures in 2021 and oversees asset management, sourcing, and structuring debt. Before joining Cardinal Residential Ventures, Mr. Escobedo was part of the Acquisitions and Capital Markets team at LURIN, acquiring over $800 million in multifamily real estate since the company’s inception. Mr. Escobedo was responsible for the due diligence process on all new acquisitions and dispositions. This included working closely with the lender, legal teams, and equity partners. Mr. Escobedo was responsible for all third-party reports, assisting with reviewing legal documents and preparing closing statements.
Prior experience includes Icon Urban Group and Roscoe Properties. Mr. Escobedo is an MBA Candidate at the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He holds a BBA with a Finance and International Business concentration from the University of Texas San Antonio.
